Available for all OKI OpenPlatform-enabled multifunction printers (MFPs), the FollowMe Embedded client provides an intuitive user interface which enables secure print job management, user enrollment and cost code assignment directly from the MFP control panel. Combined with FollowMe's flexible print roaming capability, organizations have unrivaled flexibility to reduce printing costs, protect valuable data and optimize the efficiency of the printing environment.
FollowMe's powerful tracking and reporting engine provides an accurate picture of costs and activity, on a per user, device or department basis. Organizations are then able to make fact-based decisions to optimize the printing environment or to better manage costs. The built-in billing capability enables businesses to recover printing costs from clients, where activity is captured and assigned to predefined billing codes for indisputable cost allocation.
